Visa rules and supporting-document requirements can change. TGD provides application assistance and partner coordination; the relevant authorities determine whether a visa is issued and the conditions attached to it.

Visa Service Terms & Conditions — Draft for launch review

Version: TGD-UAE-VISA-1.1. These operational terms should be reviewed with TGD's appointed UAE travel-service partner and legal adviser before final commercial launch.

  1. Service scope. TGD provides visa assistance, document collection, customer communication and coordination with an appointed visa/travel service partner. TGD is not an immigration authority and does not itself decide whether a visa is granted.
  2. Accuracy. The applicant is responsible for supplying accurate, complete and current information and genuine documents.
  3. Authority to submit. A person submitting information for another applicant confirms that they are legally authorised to do so.
  4. Processing and sharing. The applicant authorises TGD to process submitted information and documents and share them with the appointed partner and relevant processing parties where necessary.
  5. No guarantee. Submission, payment or partner acceptance does not guarantee approval.
  6. Additional information. Additional documents or clarifications may be requested depending on nationality, visa category or authority requirements.
  7. Fees and refunds. Visa fees, service charges and refund conditions will be communicated before payment once the appointed partner's commercial terms are activated.
  8. Travel arrangements. Applicants should avoid treating a visa request as approved until the official visa has been issued.
  9. Document retention. TGD will retain visa-request information and documents only for operational, compliance and record-keeping purposes according to the configured retention policy and applicable requirements.
  10. Future countries. This launch form is for UAE visa assistance only.
