Tour Global Destinations ("TGD", "we", "us", or "our") aims to provide customers with a clear and transparent booking experience. As TGD offers travel products and services from multiple suppliers and booking partners, cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the product or service booked.
We encourage customers to review the applicable cancellation conditions shown during the booking process before confirming a purchase.
1. General Cancellation Policy
Each attraction, activity, event, tour, hotel, flight, or other travel service may have its own cancellation and refund conditions.
Depending on the product, a booking may be:
- Fully refundable if cancelled within the permitted cancellation period;
- Partially refundable;
- Subject to cancellation or administration charges;
- Eligible for date changes instead of a refund; or
- Non-refundable.
Where specific cancellation conditions are displayed on the product or booking page, those conditions will apply to that booking.
2. Third-Party and Supplier Bookings
TGD works with third-party travel suppliers, attraction operators, event organizers, accommodation providers, airlines, booking platforms, and other partners.
Where a customer is redirected from TGD to a third-party website or platform to complete payment or booking, the booking is generally subject to the terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy of that third party or supplier.
TGD cannot guarantee or independently approve a refund where the payment and booking contract were completed directly with a third-party provider.
Customers should follow the cancellation procedure provided in their booking confirmation. TGD may, where reasonably possible, assist customers in identifying the appropriate supplier or support channel.
3. Bookings Completed Directly Through TGD
Where payment is collected directly by TGD, any cancellation or refund request will be assessed according to:
- The cancellation conditions applicable to the booked product;
- The supplier's cancellation and refund rules;
- Whether tickets, vouchers, reservations, or other services have already been issued or used;
- The timing of the cancellation request; and
- Any applicable charges already incurred in fulfilling the booking.
A request for cancellation does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be available.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain products may be marked "Non-Refundable", "No Cancellation", or with similar wording.
Once such a booking has been confirmed, it may not normally be cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable law or where the relevant supplier agrees otherwise.
Customers should therefore carefully review the cancellation conditions before confirming these bookings.
5. Events and Event Tickets
Event tickets may have particularly restrictive cancellation conditions.
Unless otherwise stated by the event organizer or ticket supplier, confirmed event tickets may be non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed by the organizer, the refund, exchange, credit, or rescheduling options offered will normally be determined by the event organizer or ticketing supplier.
TGD will not be responsible for decisions made by an event organizer regarding cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue changes, performer changes, or refund eligibility.
6. Attractions, Tours and Activities
Cancellation conditions for attractions, tours, excursions, experiences, and activities vary by supplier.
Some experiences may allow free cancellation until a specified period before the scheduled visit, while others may become non-refundable immediately after confirmation.
The cancellation conditions displayed for the selected experience should therefore be reviewed before booking.
7. Hotels and Flights
Hotel and flight bookings may be provided through third-party booking partners.
Cancellation, amendment, no-show, baggage, fare, and refund rules are determined by the applicable hotel, airline, booking provider, or fare conditions.
Where the booking and payment are completed on a third-party website, customers should submit cancellation or refund requests through that provider using the details supplied in their booking confirmation.
8. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Failure to attend an attraction, activity, event, tour, hotel reservation, transportation service, or other booked service at the confirmed date and time may be treated as a no-show.
No-show bookings are normally not eligible for refunds unless the applicable supplier's policy specifically provides otherwise.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the location within the time specified in their booking confirmation.
9. Customer-Initiated Changes
Requests to change a booking date, time, participant name, number of guests, or other booking details are subject to availability and the rules of the relevant supplier.
Additional charges may apply.
TGD cannot guarantee that a requested amendment will be accepted after a booking has been confirmed.
10. Supplier Cancellation
If a confirmed service is cancelled by the supplier, the available remedy will depend on the circumstances and the supplier's applicable policy.
Where applicable, customers may be offered:
- An alternative date or time;
- An alternative product or experience;
- Booking credit; or
- A refund.
Where TGD collected the payment directly, any approved refund will normally be returned through the appropriate payment method after the supplier cancellation has been confirmed.
Where payment was made directly to a third party, any refund will normally be processed by that third party.
11. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved for a payment collected directly by TGD, TGD will initiate the refund through the appropriate payment channel.
After a refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
TGD cannot control processing times imposed by banks or payment providers.
Any applicable non-refundable supplier charges or other charges permitted under the booking conditions may be deducted from the refund amount.
12. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a customer believes they have been charged more than once for the same TGD transaction, they should contact TGD promptly and provide the relevant booking and payment information.
TGD will investigate payments collected directly by TGD and arrange correction or refund where a duplicate charge is confirmed.
For payments processed directly by third-party providers, customers may also need to contact the relevant provider.
13. Incorrect Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including names, contact details, dates, participant information, and other information required by the supplier.
TGD cannot guarantee refunds for bookings that cannot be used because incorrect information was supplied by the customer.
Where possible, TGD or the relevant supplier may attempt to assist with amendments, subject to availability, supplier approval, and any applicable charges.
14. Exceptional Circumstances
Weather conditions, transportation disruption, government restrictions, operational issues, force majeure events, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of TGD may affect a travel service.
Refund or rescheduling eligibility in such circumstances will depend on the relevant supplier's policy and applicable law.
Where reasonable, TGD will assist customers in understanding the options made available by the relevant supplier.
15. How to Request Assistance
Customers seeking assistance with a cancellation, amendment, or refund should provide:
- Booking reference;
- Customer name;
- Email address or telephone number used for the booking;
- Product or service booked;
- Date of booking or travel; and
- Reason for the request.
Requests relating to bookings completed directly with a third-party provider may need to be submitted to that provider.
16. Important Notice
TGD operates as a travel marketplace and may facilitate access to products and services supplied by independent third parties.
The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a specific booking therefore take priority over this general policy where those conditions differ.
Customers should always review the conditions presented for their selected product before completing payment.
